Welcome to Co-Counselling! This course will teach you the fundamentals of peer-peer Co-Counselling through online calls, video and live demonstrations, and home practice sessions. In total this will be around 40 hours (including calls and home practice) - this is a set agreed practice time to ensure you are confidently ready to enter into the Co-Counselling community.

Co-Counselling is a peer-peer listening arrangement/partnership where people take turns to be client or counsellor (both will take a turn of each). They can speak without judgement about any topic they wish. Techniques, which both people have learned through courses like this, can be optionally offered, but no other advice or intervention is allowed. Following a standard 40 hours training course, sessions are freely arranged between other trained Co-Counsellors and no money is exchanged.

In this course, I will take you through the principles and techniques used in Co-Counselling in an easy to understand format, and will take into account different learning styles and additional needs so everyone gets the most out of our time together.

Since I discovered Co-Counselling back in 2019, I have experienced the profound changes and clarity that comes with practising Co-Counselling - having time each week to look inwards and examine my life without undue financial strain, having someone else listen without judgement, using the simple Co-Counselling techniques to examine further, and to be of service in providing a listening space for another.

Co-Counselling reinforces that I have all the answers I need (Co-Counselling is not a form of advice), and one of the huge pros for me was that, following your 40 hour training course, peer sessions are totally free.

If this sounds like it might suit you, please complete the Expression of Interest form and I will be in touch. If you have trouble with forms drop me a text on (+44)7763141856 and we can go through it together. The majority of questions are yes/no.
